The founding director of Breakeven 59 (Pty) Ltd, a human capital institution focusing on: building, managing and facilitating workplace and community relations, conflict resolution, mediation, education, training and development.

Breakeven 59 (Pty) Ltd is accredited by the ETDP-SETA, Merseta and the South African Board for Personnel Practice (SABPP) - The HR ETQA for SA.

Kaizer is the senior part-time commissioner of the CCMA assisting with the consolidation and further development of current and planned initiatives regarding job insecurity and business distress, including contributing to the promotion of the vision and objectives of the NEDLAC Framework document.

He gained his vast experience and skills in various contexts including the CCMA, Bargaining Council, Trade Union (Office Bearer, Union Organiser, General Secretary of SACCAWU) and a founding Leader and Central Executive Committee Member of COSATU. He has facilitated major industry disputes in the Retail, Chemical, Agriculture, Public Sector,   Mining, Iron and Steel and Metallurgical sectors. In addition, Kaizer Thibedi is an accredited facilitator and assessor.
