Thembikile Nsibanyoni

Thembekile is currently an independent contractor and has a part-time contract as a Senior Commissioner with the CCMA and the PSCBC. In the early nineties, Thembekile worked as a legal advisor, obtaining her LLB in 1999; she continues to provide legal advice on an ad hoc basis. 

Her career at the CCMA began in 1996 as a case-management officer, quickly moving to full-time commissioner status thereafter. For the past few years she has rendered services to various institutions, varying from training to facilitation and conducting disciplinary hearings. She is still is actively involved with the CCMA, mainly overseeing arbitrations and conciliations.
